Inhale, exhale.

Inhale, exhale.

Inhale, exhale.

Inhale, exhale.

Inhale, exhale.

Inhale, exhale.

Past:

When you feel like you are setting down,

You recall something that happened yesterday.

It doesn't need to be a big thing.

Just a fragment of the past that you pick up in the sea of consciousness.

You then recall a fragment of last week.

You then recall a fragment of last month.

You then recall a fragment of last year.

You then recall a fragment of the last decade.

You effortlessly pick up a fragment of the past and replace it with another fragment of the further

past.

You then recall a fragment of your childhood.

You then recall the darkness.

Present:

You feel the texture of darkness as smooth as black velvet.

Take some time to feel it.

Then, you swipe darkness away just as you would pull back a curtain in an ordinary morning.

The darkness fades as you do, and you see a temple.

This is the temple where myths and history are stored.

In the temple, you imagine your veins traveling through your skin and spreading throughout the

temple like the roots of a tree.

Each of your veins carries your five senses, allowing you to explore every corner of the temple

effortlessly.

What's the scent of the temple?

What is the temple made of?

Stone or wood?

Are there colors on it?

Are there, traces of fire, rain, lightning, or plants?

Are there, patterns, engravings, sculptures? Are there words, pictures, figures?

Take your time to explore, read, and feel all the information carried by the temple.

Future:

When you feel like you have read everything about this temple,

Now you imagine that your body is one with the temple.

You are filled with the patterns of the temple.

All the natural phenomena experienced by the temple are experienced by you.

You complete the abundance.

Now, inhale, and effortlessly retract all your veins.

Exhale.

You return to the present.

You enjoy the flow of time with your whole being.

You enjoy every fragment of the future moving toward the present.

Inhale, exhale.

Inhale, exhale.

Inhale, exhale.

Inhale, exhale.

Inhale, exhale.

Inhale, exhale.

When you feel ready, open your eyes.
